- RETURNS & CANCELATIONS:
- If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for the second reshipment fees.
- Earrings and necklaces are final sale. If your earrings/necklace arrives damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.
- Please note that pulling them off of their package may cause them to break! It is recommended to gently remove them from their packaging by undoing their backing and sliding them off.
- We are unable to cancel orders during product launches due to increased demand of items. This includes both earring, and necklaces.
- Jewelry items will be shipped when payment is made, on the closest work day. If product is ordered on Friday, the soonest ship day will be Monday.
- If a custom order is sent, IBD needs 3 days in house to complete product and get it in the mail.
- IBD reserves the right to not accept a custom order based on the nature of the design being asked to produce.
- IBD will not make any product with lewd, inappropriate, racist, or adult manner.
- At this time, IBD only ships domestic orders within the continental United States.
